Sickness
Administration of Medicines
If I am required to administer medicines for your child I am obliged by the rules governing childminders to have a written permission from parents on record.
In addition to this I also need to have a parents signature in my register for each application of the medicine. I would be grateful if you could ensure you bring with you the written permission on days when it may be necessary to administer medicines.
No medicines can be administered without written permission on record.
